West Didsbury turns 5!

That’s right, we’re hitting the big 5, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How it started…

It all began with a trip to Naples, where Proove co-owners Deepak and Rob fell in love with the rich Italian flavours of original Neapolitan pizza and streetfood. With a dream to bring those big flavours, along with the authentic methods and ingredients used to create them, back to the UK, they got to work with building the Proove brand.

While searching for a permanent fixture from which to cook up some top-notch pizza, they acquired some wheels, took to the roads, and set to building a name for themselves at outdoor events across the North West with nothing but the highest quality ingredients, a pop-up pizza oven, and the passion to make Proove happen.

How it’s going…

Seven years on, Proove’s reach has expanded across the UK, with a dedicated team of professional pizzaiolos, creative mixologists, and friendly, experienced service staff who are each committed to making sure whenever you visit any of our restaurants, you have the best time.
